Planning and execution of successful events at Reading FC
What are the events and their main objectives?
We ran multiple events including a conference, an awards dinner and a sponsored expo.
It was important to have everything in one place and have a good quality venue for paying attendees.
It was also important that we chose a venue that was easy to get to and Reading FC provided just that.
What were some challenges you experienced in creating your event?
They also helped us to secure bedrooms at a nearby hotel without contractual obligations.
What were the standout moments from your event?
The spaces easily transitioned from day to night, and the flexibility to work with us to deliver on all client requests was ideal. Reading FC found a way to make it work!
What made you pick our stadium as a venue?
The venues location was great for travel, parking and accommodation.
Reading FC provides a lovely quality venue and meeting rooms with a hotel onsite. We will be returning for second year as everything worked so well.
What are the lasting impressions you wanted to make on your delegates and what do you want delegates to take away from beyond the conference walls?
The lasting impression we want to create is an easy and good quality experience for everyone.
No queues or catering problems, no hotel issues, easy to get to, great content and AV experience. That’s why we’ll be back!
