The use of wall-mounted plasma screens and Wi-Fi is included in the standard price while additional facilities and catering are available for an extra fee.

Need space to focus? Our Reading meeting venue packages take care of everything behind the scenes, so you can pay attention to what really matters.
You’ll have dedicated onsite car parking for the whole day for each member of your team (subject to availability), a nutritious lunch and healthy snacks to keep energy levels high, plus tea and coffee served on arrival and throughout the day. We also provide a projector, screen, free Wi-Fi and a dedicated Event Manager to ensure your meeting runs smoothly.
Flip charts, additional AV, breakout rooms and enhanced catering options are available on request.

Calculating the Carbon footprint of your lunch
Nutritious catering is a vital part of any great meeting or conference, so you’ll have the chance to choose a delicious, sustainably conscious menu with the help of an event manager and our culinary team. From salad platters to hot buffets, we can prepare healthy dishes that suit the dietary requirements of every delegate and that are good for the planet too.
We will communicate the footprint of each dish on our menus, informing attendees about what dishes have the lowest impact. Dishes will be categorised ‘Low’, ‘Medium’ and ‘High’, and attendees can use this labelling system to help choose the dishes with the lowest carbon footprint.
With a food philosophy centred around health and sustainability, you can trust our culinary experts to bring the wow factor to your meeting’s catering. They’ll work with you to create ethical menus that energise your team, no matter the day’s agenda, or their dietary requirements.
