Health and wellbeing
Quality food and drink are a vital part of any event plan, ensuring guests stay energised and engaged throughout the day and creating a dynamic environment for your event.
As part of our commitment to fuelling a healthy lifestyle, we have also committed to cutting 30% of sugar from our menus. We go above and beyond to show allergens in our food at the point of purchase.
We also consider our team’s wellbeing with sensible work hours and making sure everybody eats as well as the guests they serve.
Environmental game changers
The global food system currently accounts for 30% of all greenhouse gas emissions.
Right now, 25% of our dishes are plant-based, vegan or vegetarian. We have no plastic stirrers, straws or sauce sachets in our event spaces.
To reduce our environmental impact even further, we are currently finding ways to reduce our food waste by 20%, reduce the amount of beef we serve by 50% and source a minimum of 80% British seasonal fruit and veg. If it comes on a plane, we won’t serve it.
Better for the world
We have a simple sourcing policy: buy quality ingredients from local suppliers.
Free-range eggs are already the standard across our business. We already source high-quality meat and fish and are in the process of moving towards only sourcing these ingredients from suppliers that carry accreditations for high animal welfare and low environmental impact.
We’re also making a positive social impact. In support of the Women in Food initiative, we have committed to increase the number of female chefs in our business year on year.
We also collaborate with our partners to enrich the local community through charity and employment.
